Why write your book?

Bucket list? Family history? Your memoir? Extra money?

Yes! Definitely. We do this.

Get rich fast? Um, we’ll pass!

Publishing is not fast and though the riches can be bankable, the time required for production and marketing is extensive.

Fancy Pants Publishing is a turnkey service that takes your ideas, applies our knowledge, and produces for you a beautiful book. Whether you choose to market your book for wide distribution or order a handful for family keepsakes, your story is forever preserved.

You provide the story. We provide the editing, illustrating, formatting, and design work. Options include full-color double spreads (that’s fancy talk for images that go edge-to-edge) or simply spot illustrations, soft or hard covers, English or Spanish language, and ebooks! And if you’d rather do most of your own work, we are your best cheerleaders and offer our ISBNs and our Fancy Pants Publishing, LLC, book imprint for use on your credits page.

Give us your story. We give you the book!

Wondering where to find our books?

Our beautiful books are available at your favorite bookstores!

Big box stores and chains — as well as independent bookstores — have access to our books through the industry’s legendary printer IngramSpark.

Smaller stores may wish to special order at the customer’s request. Be sure to check with your locally-owned businesses. (We are a small business, too!) Small bookstores include church-affiliated gift shops as well as hospital gift stores. These retailers purchase books through distributers such as IngramSpark or sell them on consignment.

And for those armchair shoppers, our books are offered on Amazon and can be featured by the author on their Amazon Author’s Central page.

This beauty of a shop is Bookish: An Indie Shop for Folks Who Read located in Fort Smith, AR. Bookish hosted the launch party for The Little Jesus Chronicles.

This story, Little Jesus and the Bethlehem Birthday, features Mary’s response to the bedtime story request of Little Jesus. Her version of events is told from a mother’s point of view about the world into which her little son had arrived. The reference to Mary as Imma is both Hebrew and Aramaic expressions for Mother.

Created for kids by kids, each story is a fictional tale developed by the authors to represent how life for Little Jesus might have unfolded. In Little Jesus and the Bethlehem Birthday, Imma shares a bedtime story with Little Jesus and Wolfie just as any mother might share details of her little one’s arrival on earth.
